These terms and conditions of sale are entered into on the one hand by MDTIMEDIA, a single-person microenterprise, whose registered office is located at 3 bis rue du General Delanne 92200 Neuilly sur Seine, France, a single-person company in the process of being registered with the RCS of NANTERRE, hereinafter referred to as “The Seller”, and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website of “The Seller” hereinafter referred to as “THE BUYER”.

Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between The Seller and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Seller’s merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies the prior acceptance without reservation of these conditions of sale.
Characteristics of the Goods and Services
The products and services offered are those which appear in the catalog published on the site https://matsukadub.com/shop/
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, in particular with regard to colors. This is why we offer several photos where possible.
Manufacturing and shipping
The products ordered are generally manufactured on demand and shipped within an average of 3 to 5 working days.
The month of December and August may lead to longer delays due to the Christmas period or hollydays.
For a Christmas gift for 2024, order before December 6, 2024.
Prices
The prices listed in the catalog are prices including tax in euros excluding transport.
We strive to offer the best price at all times.
Prices may change from one order to another and the Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The final price that you pay is the price mentionned at the payment page and includes shipping.
Shipping Prices
To know the delivery price, the buyer must provide a delivery location at the time of ordering.
Prices may vary depending on the country or state of delivery.
Deliveries are made by a private carrier with tracking.
Payment Terms
The price is due upon ordering.
Payments will be made by credit card or payment card or PayPal account via a payment module using the secure SSL protocol.
The buyer’s account will be debited upon validation of the order.
No credit card number is transmitted to the seller : your card or bank account numbers are known only to your bank and other payment services.
Orders
The buyer must create an account on the Seller’s website in order to follow his order.
The buyer validates his order after having checked it, make the payment under the conditions provided, and confirm his order and payment.
Orders are shipped within an average of 3 to 5 days depending on the time of year (for a 2024 Christmas gift delivery, plan to order before December 6).
Products on Demand
In accordance with legal provisions relating to personalized or created-on-demand products (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code) are exchangeable in the event of a defect.
Please make a claim as soon as possible after receiving the product.
Product replacement
Cases where an exchange is possible:
- Carrier’s fault: lost, torn, broken package
- Bad printing (defects such as stains, smudges, etc. not included in the original design)
Tears, breakages rendering the product unusable. - Delivery errors, if you receive a product other than the one ordered.
Cases where exchange is not possible
- Customer error regarding the size
- Customer error regarding the color of the T-shirt
- Customer error regarding the pattern/logo/decoration
Exchange procedure
Defects which are accepted by us are immediately replaced free of charge.
To do this, you must first:
- Take a photo of the product and the defect
- Use the complaint form here (under construction)
- Complaints are processed as quickly as possible (usually 1 to 3 working days).
Sizes
It is not possible to exchange a product due to a size error.
Check that you order the correct size for each product ordered.
Sizes are standard in Europe and the USA.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form.
Delivery times appear when the buyer enters the place of delivery and are given for information purposes only.
Delivery times may also vary in the event of events such as strikes, bad weather and other difficulties related to national or international contexts beyond our control.
Periods with slow deliveries are from December 6 to January 15, and the month of August. For fast delivery, order outside these periods.
Intellectual Property
All elements of the Seller’s website, graphics, photos, styles, logos, clothing, without this list being exhaustive or limiting, are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller or their author. Legal action will be taken against any person plagiarizing the designs, sounds, texts belonging to the Seller and the authors we represent.
Personal Data
In accordance with the law, personal information relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing to process the order.
Personal data for delivery (name, address, possible contact) are transmitted to the carrier so that they can deliver your order to you.
Customer account
The buyer has access to their orders via their customer account.
Cookies are used to identify the customer to allow them easy access to their account.
The retention period for purchase orders and payments made by the buyer is in principle unlimited in order to allow the buyer to track and renew their orders long after the first order.
Deletion of personal data following a request from the buyer will also delete the order history.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Nanterre (92) applying French law.
