How to proceed in case of defect (product replacement)

Every product is checked before shipping, but there can always be a mistake.

NO NEED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT!

  • Send an email with a photo of the product and the defect to admin@matsukadub.com as soon as possible
  • Don’t forget to add your order number and attach  photos of the defect.
  • The email you use will be the one we will communicate with you with. It’s better if it’s the one you used to order.
  • NB: the procedure is the same if the product received is not the one ordered.

How to ensure a quick exchange?

  • It is best to mail me as soon as you receive your order, without waiting.
  • Take the best photos you can (of the defect).
  • Contact me directly in case of problems (always at the email admin@mastukadub.com)

And then?

Once the defect is acknowledge, a new product will be sent to you as soon as possible (usually 3 to 8 working days).

  • No need to return the product, no additional shipping costs.
  • I keep you informed
